Mrs. Monica Russell grew up in Palm Beach Gardens and graduated from Suncoast High School in 2007. She then attended the University of Central Florida and earned a degree in Mathematics Education and a minor in Mathematics and Coaching. While earning her undergraduate degree, Mrs. Russell was a Division I Rower and named Team Captain in 2010.
Mrs. Russell started teaching at Suncoast in 2012. In this time she has taught Geometry R/H, Algebra 2 R/H, IB Math Analysis, MYP Trigonometry, MYP Precalculus, AP Calculus and dual enrollment Linear Algebra. She earned her Masters of Science in Mathematics and Statistics in May 2018 from the University of West Florida.
